A 10,000 Sq. Ft. site with a restraint space of 5307.16 Sq. Ft, designed for hospitality keeping the existing feature of the site in place with minor changes. The challenge of retaining the GLOCAL JUNCTION brand monogram yet bringing in a fresh design approach to the existing theory of space. 

The concept circulated around using material texture in its most raw form. Straight Lines and Crisp Edges helped accentuate the material form and texture.
